LED optimized ULTRA Series dual-band optical filter set for YFP, mCherry and all associated fluorophores
ULTRA Series YFP and mCherry multiband fluorescence filter set designed to provide bright, high-contrast images of samples tagged with multiple fluorophores. This filter set is also ideal for use with Alexa Fluor® 514, Alexa Fluor® 594, and many other similar fluorophores. ULTRA Series filter sets provide better overall performance than our standard filter sets by using a combination of tight wavelength control (typically ± 1.5 nm), ultra-steep edges, deeper blocking, and the industry’s highest transmission levels. All Alluxa optical filters are durable and hard-coated using our innovative SIRRUS plasma deposition process.
