Hybrid intergated EDWAs, Single- or multi-channel options available (die or package level). Can be integrated with the pump source in a single package.

Up to 30 dB net optical gain. Supports 1480nm and 980nm pump. Less than <4 mm2 footprint. Fiber Packaged device available. C-band operation, extendable to L-band. On chip pump and signal WDM. No active temperature control required.Silicon Photonics Foundry Compatible.
